LEGACY PLANNING
What will your legacy help grow?
A legacy is more than what we leave behind. It is what we set in motion for others.
Through ECHO Roots, you can create a lasting legacy of compassion by including ECHO in your will, trust, or other estate plans. Your future gift can help ensure that neighbors facing hardship continue to find food, essential resources, personalized guidance, and a path from crisis to stability for generations to come.
Plant hope today. Help it grow for generations.
A simple way to make a lasting difference
A planned gift allows you to support ECHO’s future while maintaining control of your assets during your lifetime. Gifts of every size can make a meaningful difference, and many options require only a simple update to an existing document or beneficiary designation.
You may choose to include ECHO through:
A gift in your will or living trust
A beneficiary designation on a retirement account
A life insurance policy
A bank, investment, or brokerage account
Another charitable giving strategy developed with your financial or legal advisor
Your plans remain entirely within your control and may be changed at any time.
Your legacy at work
Since 1987, ECHO has helped neighbors bridge the gap between crisis and stability. A legacy gift can help future generations access:
Nutritious food and essential clothing
Housing assistance and emergency resources
Job coaching and pathways to employment
One-on-one resource navigation
Compassionate guidance during life’s most difficult moments
Your generosity can help ensure that when a neighbor needs support, ECHO will be here.
Join the ECHO Roots Legacy Circle
The ECHO Roots Legacy Circle recognizes individuals and families who have included ECHO in their estate or long-term financial plans.
By informing us of your plans, you allow ECHO to thank you, understand your wishes, and recognize your generosity in the manner you prefer. Members may also receive special updates, invitations, and opportunities to see how their future support will help the community.
You are never required to disclose the amount of your gift, and you may choose to remain anonymous. Sharing your intentions is not legally binding and does not limit your ability to change your plans.
Already included ECHO in your plans?
If you have already named ECHO in your will, trust, beneficiary designation, or other estate plans, we would be honored to thank you and welcome you into the ECHO Roots Legacy Circle.
