There is no typical ECHO Client

How ECHO Services Work

There just isn't a typical ECHO client.

We find that our clients come from all walks of life.  There are no stereotypes of the proud people who come to our door each and every week looking for a leg up out of a difficult situation.  No matter who walks into our building, they are treated with the respect they deserve for the courage they demonstrate to lift themselves up.  We're honored to provide a helping hand, and encourage anyone to call on us in times of need.  We're also a great resource for homeless assistance Brandon residents can feel safe confiding in.

Emergency Food Assistance Brandon

ECHO’s clients receive all items free of charge and is one of the few places for emergency food Brandon offers.

Food

ECHO provides seven days worth of food per visit. In addition to a large assortment of non-perishable items, clients receive meat, cheese, eggs, butter, flour & sugar

Clothing Assistance Brandon

ECHO provides each client with twelve outfits and three pairs of shoes. Children receive two new pairs of socks and underwear or diapers.

Household items

Depending on the nature of the emergency, ECHO’s clients can receive household items such as:

  • linens
  • blankets
  • towels
  • small appliances
  • pots and pans
  • utensils
  • decorative items.
